With a program called Maxi-Patch, I use time coded algorithmic vinyl records or CDs designed to play mP3 files through turntables or CDJs and video through an LCD projector.
In addition to producing quality audio, Maxi-Patch can import Quicktime files and play synchronized visuals with the music. I gather and compile footage from youtube, convert then combine it, juxtopositiously, with each track.
The result is a mesmerizing experience known as "The Interdemensional Wrecked System". (for more information see: www.mspinky.com). Fair use is a good thing. Seeing is believing.
